Wishing Tree

I draw inspiration from the movement and color in nature.
I created "Wishing Tree" with color and movement in mind. It is my first acrylic painting, and I'm very happy to see how it turned out! I lost myself in the painting, whirling and twirling my paint brush with no sense of time!

This is my very first acrylic painting! Signature is on the bottom right corner.

NOTE: The first two images were taken before I added my signature. The third image shows my signature.

Consists of two canvas panels, both 18x24.

Total deminsions are approximately 18 inches in height, 48 inches wide, with a 1/2 inch border on a wooden frame.

Artist acrylic on canvas with high gloss finishing varnish to preserve the paint.

I'm used to watercolor pencils, not watercolor paint! I decided to give it a try, and have a little bit of messy fun. Inspired by the song, I give you, Lonely Anywhere:

This is for sale!  It's museum matted and framed with backing and hanging wire.

It has been featured in Mobile Arts Council's "5" exhibition of student works.

It's an ink drawing from a close up image of a butterfly.
Please message me if you have any interests or questions! Enjoy :)
